I just placed an order for a baby poser which will help in positioning newborns and babies that cannot yet sit up on their own. It can be used in a variety of ways, "sitting" baby up, baby lifted up off the floor and laying on her tummy, or even for baby to lay on his side.
I've got an upcoming session for a 3 month old, and this will be perfect! I can't wait to easily be able to get babies into a comfortable position that is easy to photograph. Previously I worked with a basket, and with whatever the parents may have had on hand (boppy pillows can help a bit, but then the rest of the baby's body is flat on the floor).
